I received an email with a special invitation from the Thetford Greathouse peeps 

"...... we would like to send a special invite to yourself and the club for the upcoming weekend where we will be parading fashion and cars....."

Those who  missed the last one please make a special effort to attend this one.

Can you send me a PM with your name if you intend to attend so that your names can be placed on the VIP list.... you stand the chance of not being able to enter the location if you are not on the list people !!

Meet up at 1:30 pm at the Spanish Town roundabout at the start of Old Harbour Road

1) Is this still on (rain+dirt=mud)
2) Does this venue have covered areas? Wifey concerned about takin baby out in the rain.

I didn't get to go but rain tearing in Portmore! I wouldn't venture out now at all! I had sent an email last night that the fashion show was postponed until Oct 10, hope you all saw it. They had said the track would still be available but that must be a mudfest now !

Not many cars turned up but a couple did try to make it around the track. Traction was essentialy non-existent as once you turned onto the track you started sliding. A WRX made it most of the way around even after getting stuck twice. It also made it further around the track than the Evo 9  2 thumbs up. A Suzuki Vitara got stuck and needed 4 people to push it out.

This track looks like a lot of fun when its dry and I look forward to heading back down for another run when its dry.
