I do kind of miss it. It was a great vehicle. The clutch was kind of getting to me as a daily driver though. If money was no object, I'd have a garage full of Subbies.  The car has a camera by the front license plate that you can manually activate to see in front of you by intersections. It can do full front or split and show left and right and also underneath.

Ahh mayn dat camera feature is sooo koool!.... I get tierd of the clutch especially in traffic but the car I drive that's a stick shift is more fuel efficient than my forester.

Sorry to hear about that. Hope it didn't result in any engine damage.
I find the stick shift Forester was definitely more fuel efficient and it's a lighter vehicle.

Fortunately it was just the tank that crack somehow but now there's is a funny odor in the engine but i soon sort that out.
I thought the Forester would be heavier.

That's just the smell of burnt coolant. It will go away eventually.
The Forester is basically a WRX on stilts. The WRX is a much lighter setup than the Legacy.

Installed Hawk pads and changed the brake fluid to Motul. Much better stopping power now. While doing that I discovered that the car also has Sti pinks lowering springs and front and rear Sti tie bars.  I always thought the car looked a little low for a stock car.

Its valued at $3.1M. I paid around $2.8M.
More expensive than other '08 turbo Legacies, but none of the other ones I've seen have these specs.
I think there is one selling in May Pen for $2.5M, '08, but partial leather seats, no sunroof etc.
